Recommended Process
Zinc plating → Water wash → Nitrate leaching (0.5% v/v) → Water wash → Trivalent chromium passivation → Circulatory water wash → Drying → Sealing with PN-7 → Drying (50℃ for 25 minutes or 120℃ for 10 minutes)
